Terms of Service

You retain ownership of the product photos you upload. Subject to your compliance with these terms and successful payment where required, you receive a commercial license to use stills and videos generated for your listings, ads, and storefronts. Paid exports include commercial usage rights for your own brands and client work you manage. You must not use outputs to infringe third-party trademarks, counterfeit goods, or prohibited product categories. We do not claim ownership of your brand assets.

ProductVisualAI is an independent software tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partners of Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google, or other marketplaces named on the site. Marketplace compliance (image specs, policies, prohibited listings) remains your responsibility. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell raw API access without written permission, attempt to bypass credit metering, or upload unlawful content.

Free accounts receive a one-time signup credit allotment. Credit packs are one-time purchases; unused pack credits do not expire while the account remains open. Pro and Agency subscriptions renew monthly until canceled from the billing provider portal or by contacting support. Credits already consumed by successful generation jobs are non-refundable. Unused prepaid pack credits may be considered for refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits were spent—contact support@productvisualai.com. Subscription renewals can be canceled before the next billing date; we do not prorate partial months by default. We may change pricing with notice on /pricing; existing prepaid packs keep the credits already granted.
