Privacy Policy

We collect account details you provide (name, email), authentication tokens from Google, Facebook, or TikTok when you choose those sign-in methods, product images and prompts you upload for generation, billing metadata from Stripe or Waffo (not full card numbers), credit balances and transaction history, and basic product analytics such as page views and checkout events. We use this data to operate the service, fulfill paid credits, prevent abuse, and improve generation quality. Contact support@productvisualai.com for privacy questions or deletion requests.

Hosting and storage run on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, Queues). Authentication uses Better Auth with optional Google, Facebook, and TikTok OAuth, and optional magic-link email via Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe and/or Waffo Pancake. Image and video generation may call Yir and related model providers. Analytics may use Google Analytics 4 when a measurement ID is configured. We do not sell personal data. Processors only receive what is required to perform their function.

Uploaded source images and generated assets are retained while your account remains active so you can re-download exports; you may request deletion of account data subject to legal and fraud-prevention retention. We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes affecting paid accounts will be noted on this page.
